COMMACK, N.Y. — CBC Flooring has expanded and updated its family of TOLI homogenous vinyl tile (HVT) products with 21 exciting new colors in Fasol Plus, Linotesta and Viale.
“TOLI’s HVT products were the first oversized premium homogenous tiles on the market and they remain, to this day, the standard for many healthcare, retail and education facilities,” said Jeff Collum, director of flooring for CBC. “Architects, designers and specifiers now have some new options to explore within their trusted TOLI brand.”
In addition to the ease of installation due to the larger format, designers love that each product line has its own unique aesthetic. Viale has subtle pearlescent undertones, Linotesta boasts rich complementary accent grains reminiscent of faux linoleum and Fasol Plus offers bolder, monochromatic color lines. These product lines are designed to work together, making them truly part of an HVT family. The color lines also complement other TOLI products such as Lightwood LVT and Mature Commercial Sheet Vinyl as well.
With FasolPlus’ 45 SKUs, Linotesta’s 25 SKUs and Viale’s 12 SKUs, there are a total of 82 colorways to choose from. All three products have a sustainable story to tell, with 50 percent pre-consumer recycled content. Each product can contribute to LEED credits including Materials and Resources MR credit 4 for recycled content and Indoor Environmental Quality IEQ credit 4.1 for low-VOC emitting adhesives.
“These products offer a large variety of design options, and some solid green benefits for those seeking to earn LEED points for a project or simply to be environmentally responsible in how they select finishes for their client,” said Chip Braulick, senior marketing manager for CBC Flooring. “It’s all part of CBC’s mission to source the most environmentally-sound products available, from the installation systems to the packaging to the flooring itself.”
All three lines offer beauty and ease of installation and are engineered to wear well in high-traffic areas in health care, educational, corporate and retail settings.
